A soft light burning in the distance, I stare at it slowly dissipating into the horizon, like a child peeping over the fence it glares at me. I sit on my cliff perched like an eagle, an empty, limitless sandbox down below. Every grain of sand glistening in the light, a golden fleece from the stories of the Argonauts. One last glance at the light, just to see it disappear. It lingers as the last piece of light hides its face, a feeling of warmth fills my body as the light gets dimmer and dimmer. The fleece, the golden glow becoming duller as the light hides away. I look again at the light to find myself in complete darkness. Thoughts fill my mind of why I am here.
How did I get here?
What am I doing here?
I don't remember....
I hear a ringing in my hears, high pitched, getting louder and louder. It feels as if ice picks are being jabbed into my ears. I look into the void, and the light rises back up rapidly, shining brighter each and every second till I am blinded by it.
A silhouette appears. All I see is a silhouette of a woman I can't see her face, but I can tell she's looking at me. I try to gather my thoughts as I lift myself up. All I could muster up in my head, was a greeting and a simple question.
"Hey... Who are you?"
